The Light of Christ in our Community
We are called to
-
Worship God
Worship of God Almighty through Jesus Christ in the power of the Holy Spirit is the most important thing we do at Trinity Church.
We gather at 9am each Sunday to celebrate the Holy Eucharist (also called the Mass, Holy Communion, the Divine Liturgy, or the Lord’s Supper), and everyone is welcome!
-
Nurture in Love
Nurturing each other in faith is a key way that, by God’s grace and the power of the Holy Spirit, Christ ministers through to us each other. He does this in many forms—formation in the Christian faith for all ages, pastoral ministry to the sick and those in need, sharing in the joy in blessings like marriage and Holy Baptism and crying together in times of grief, and through it all receiving God’s continual blessing and grace.
-
Connect in Community
Human beings were made to be together and—through each other—to experience community with God, as well.
The people of Trinity Church gather frequently for coffee hour after Mass, for seasonal and occasional celebrations, and in all of it express their love for one another and reflect God’s overflowing love for us all.
-
Serve in the World
The people of Trinity Church know that Worship, formation and nurture in the love and life of Christ, and mutual support in community leads inevitably to service in the world.
Currently our primary regular ministries are the Food Pantry (every other Wednesday between 11am and 1pm) and our Thrift Store (open on Tuesdays and Saturdays), but God is constantly surprising us with opportunities to love Christ in the people in our community.
